Garden State Balloons offers convenient local pickup and local delivery for balloon orders from our New Providence, New Jersey location.

Most orders are available for pickup within 24 hours. Same-day orders may also be available depending on inventory and our production schedule.

Please wait until your order is confirmed as ready before arriving for pickup.

Because inflated balloons can take up significantly more space than expected, customers are responsible for arriving in a vehicle large enough to safely transport their order.

Once an order has been picked up and leaves Garden State Balloons, we are not responsible for balloons that are damaged due to transportation, insufficient vehicle space, excessive heat or cold, open windows, sharp objects, improper handling, or other conditions outside of our control.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available to New Providence and surrounding communities.

Delivery fees are based on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery availability, dates and times are subject to our production schedule, delivery capacity and service area.

If your address is outside our standard delivery area, please contact us before placing your order to inquire about availability.

DELIVERY WINDOWS

Customers should select their requested delivery date and available delivery window when placing an order.

While we make every effort to deliver within the selected timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed to the exact minute. Traffic, weather, road conditions, parking, building access and other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

If balloons are needed for a specific event start time, we strongly recommend selecting a delivery window that allows sufficient time before your event begins.

RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY

Please provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout, including the delivery address, recipient name, contact phone number and any necessary gate, security, parking or building-access instructions.

Someone should be available to accept inflated balloon deliveries unless another arrangement has been approved in advance.

If we are unable to complete a delivery because of incorrect information, inaccessible premises, or no one being available to receive the order, additional delivery or redelivery fees may apply.

WEATHER & BALLOON DELIVERIES

Balloons are sensitive to temperature and environmental conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, wind and direct sunlight can affect balloon appearance and longevity.

Garden State Balloons may contact you to adjust a delivery or recommend an alternative arrangement if weather conditions could significantly affect your balloons or make delivery unsafe.

Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted, Garden State Balloons is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, guests, pets, children, venue staff, improper handling or other circumstances outside of our control.

SAME-DAY ORDERS

Same-day pickup and delivery may be available depending on inventory, staffing, production capacity and delivery availability.

Same-day availability is not guaranteed.

BALLOON INSTALLATIONS

Balloon garlands, arches, columns, backdrops and other décor requiring on-site setup are considered installations rather than standard local deliveries.

Delivery, installation, setup and breakdown fees for these services may be calculated separately based on location, installation size, staffing requirements and event details.

SHIPPING

At this time, inflated balloons are available for local pickup or delivery only and are not shipped through standard mail or parcel carriers.

If shipping is offered for eligible non-inflated merchandise, available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
